How do I schedule a report to email?

We are currently building an enhanced scheduling functionality to allow the user unmatched control over the automation of their reports to email.

During this interim period, you cannot set up a regular schedule in Stark ID.

Alarms/Exception reports

Please note – schedules include reports that email you when a certain value is triggered.

How do I request a scheduled/automated report?

Email us at [email protected] with the following details.

Recipient email(s)
Name of report
Regularity of delivery

If you would like a report that alerts you to a increased consumption or another target then please include this in your email request.

What about my existing schedules?

Any schedules that were set up in SavenergyOnline will still be in place.
