When you run a Dynamic report using a Reporting Set and the report takes longer than 60 seconds to complete, the report will be passed to our report engines automatically.
This allows you to run other reports in your browser and you will be notified when your report is ready.
You can open the report in the Gallery area.
How to track your report
After 60 seconds, you will receive the below notification.
After you receive this message, there are two options for tracking the progress of your report.
Notifications
There is a Gallery progress tracker located in notifications. This shows how many reports are ‘In the queue’, ‘In progress’ or ‘Ready to view’.
Clicking the Notification will take you to the Gallery area.
Processing in Gallery
Select Gallery from the navigation bar on the left hand side.
To track reports that are not ready to view, select the “Processing” tab.
How to view your report
Select Gallery from the navigation bar on the left hand side.
To view reports that are ready to view, ensure you have selected the “Ready” tab.
Click any report below to open in a new tab.
