How do I request a scheduled/automated report?

If you would like a report that alerts you to a increased consumption or another target then please include this in your email request.
Formatting for large reports
You’ll receive files via email attachment as either a png, or csv. If the file is above 20MB, then the attachment will be compressed as a zip file.
What about my existing schedules?
Any schedules that were set up in SavenergyOnline will still be in place.
