Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

At Stark, keeping your utility consumption data secure is our top priority. Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of protection to your account.

MFA requires more than just your password to sign in. Once enabled, you’ll need to provide an authentication code every time you log in.

Where to find MFA

You can set up and manage MFA in the Account Management section of Stark ID.

  1. Go to Account Management in Stark ID
  1. Select the Multi‑Factor Authentication tab
  1. Use the toggle to enable MFA

You can use the same toggle to disable MFA at any time.

Set up and Manage MFA

To get started, you’ll need access to the email address you use to sign in to Stark ID. This email is required for initial verification.

If you no longer have access to this email address, please contact [email protected]

After initial setup, you can choose how you authenticate in the future:

  • Continue using email authentication
  • Set up an authentication app

Select your preferred option for access moving forward in the MFA settings.
