What is Offsetting?

Carbon offsetting is the process of compensating for, or neutralising carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gas emissions released into the atmosphere. Carbon offsetting is achieved by participating in environmental and often socio-economic projects which actively reduce these emissions and as a result balance the gasses which are being removed and released.

As per Government recommendations, you should aim to reduce 80% of your emissions and offset the final 20% in order to be Net Zero.
